Did anyone else get the photo comment taken away from them?

I reinstalled the app yesterday for storage purposes and it also took away my photo comment privileges from all of my accounts along with the storage. The crazy thing is that I haven’t done anything wrong with the feature and my notifications still have people that are replying to my comments with photos. So do they just not like the fact that I tried logging in multiple times or do they just not like me? Is anyone else having this issue?
