Devils advocate this is almost certainly a bot that didn’t pick up on the number.

I reported one like this with the same weird bypass thing they use that was saying a girl deserved to get r*ped by her father and it came back no violation. Either the reports are being reviewed by AI only, and we’re being lied to about the whole “a human manually reviews every report”, or people on the review teams are actively letting stuff like this stay while putting warnings on accounts for using clown emojis, which is insane
