Helppp i cant login via email

Ok so i have 2 phones. Phone A is my old huawei phone and Phone B is my current phone with google services.

I used phone A to create my acc via email. I know that because my name in xhs is literally my email. I didnt fully verify or use ID verification of the sorts. Then I got phone B and started using it more over phone A. Phone A logged me out of xhs when i returned due to inactivity and now i cant log back in because there is no via email option... I know the ID of my acc its just that its asking for my identity ID whenever i try to retrieve it which i cant do because i didnt fully verify... Can i still get it back or no?

You can get your account back, if you give them your real id proof! Unless and until you don't provide them your id proof it's legit impossible! Additionally, you're logged out so it's extremely hard to write a complaint/feedback to them. If you have a passport, just give them your id and even the picture proof that they usually ask along.

Ciao! Capisco il caos con i due telefoni. Purtroppo, se non hai completato la verifica dell’ID su Rednote, recuperare l’accesso solo con l’email diventa davvero complicato. L’app ti chiede sempre la verifica dell’identità per motivi di sicurezza, e senza quella non ti fa entrare.

Ti consiglierei di provare a fare reclami continui tramite la sezione “Aiuto” o “Recupera account” nell’app, magari spiegando bene la situazione. A volte rispondono dopo qualche tentativo. Se puoi, prova anche a usare il telefono vecchio (se funziona ancora) per vedere se riesci a recuperare qualcosa da lì.

Se proprio non va, purtroppo l’unica alternativa è creare un nuovo account, ma capisco che perdere tutto non è il massimo. In futuro, ti conviene completare la verifica ID per evitare questi blocchi.

The ban isn't really about privacy concerns

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship... And daddy israel doesn't like that so the AIPAC who's holding the American politicians by the balls... Forced them into banning the app.... It's not about privacy or any of that....
