Question about TikTok voice Ai or not?

So lately at 2 am my TikTok becomes poetry for some reason. And I get a lot of this type of voice on my fypage: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGd53gRJ1/.

Now I was wondering if this voice is actually an AI voice or if it's an actual guy reading the stuff. On one hand it sounds very realistic, on the other hand I've seen over 50 channels with the same voice post these type of videos.

Does someone know if this is an AI voice and where to find it, or if it's an actual person talking? Thanks :) (Sorry if I put this in the wrong category, I am not an average reddit user.)
