Need to cancel an order due to being delayed, but only option is return?
So I have this item that hasn’t moved in the mail since June 5th, and I’m wanting to cancel it atp. Yet TikTok is not giving me the option to, only saying I can return the item I obviously don’t have yet. I’m getting pretty annoyed at this point, will it automatically refund me if it takes any longer or will I have to go to costumer service?
