Is there any way to toggle/turn off the “find similar” feature?

I’ve included an example (see center of screenshot). It’s a new-ish feature that I’ve only had for the last month or so, but it’s driving me crazy. It pops up on literally every video when I pause, which is particularly annoying when I’m pausing a video to read the text and it overlaps. I’m a bit vision-impaired, so it’s been affecting the usability of the app for me 🙃 I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s literally nothing that can be done about this. TikTok seems to give less of a fuck about the user experience nowadays, but figured I’d ask. Either way, thanks in advance!
