I can't send pictures anymore

So i got a new phone (Galaxy A56) and on my old phone (Honor 200 Smart) i finally got the feature to send pictures but i can't on my new phone. I tried the version that my old phone had and the version that google play store has but it didn't work. I know tiktok wouldn't take it away from me because i would send something bad the only picture i ever sent was a picture of a broken laptop. Does anybody know what's the problem about this ?
