Is there a way to know the trends without watching tiktok?

I'm 18 and I want to know the trends for social reasons (I always have before) but when I stopped watching tiktok I just felt like I wasn't in on the new stuff. Is there a way I can get a summary with new trends + dances without having to doomscroll?
