Any way to change the location of my account?

I've been posting on TikTok for some days and I've realized that despite my content being tagged in Russian mostly Spanish accounts like them, I think it's because of a VPN I used to create my TikTok account once (as TikTok told me that my account was located now in the Spanish country) is there any way I can change my demographic? Since I've noticed that it has been negatively impacting my views since on a test account I made on my country of residency it actually reached my desired audience and it obsiouvly had more traction
