Hacked through a scam

im dumb as fuck for falling for it but my friend who also fell for the scam and got hacked messaged me saying their phone was tweaking and for me to send them a password reset code (it was mine) to transfer their account but obviously it was a scam and got my account hacked. They logged me out, changed my password, email, and username, and Tiktok support is doing jack shit so what can i do? The dude also played 8ball with me he sucked at it
