Can’t log in

Yeah, I’m getting mad at this point. TikTok logged me out, I tried logging in, it said my email wasn’t registered (I’m still getting emails) my number isn’t registered (which makes sense because I recently changed it but I thought I changed it on TT too) it has unconnected from my other socials and when I try to reset my password it says my username (which is still the same) isn’t registered to any account. It’s still active, I can still see the account and message it from my side account, but I just can’t log in and TT is acting like it doesn’t exist. What do I do here?
