Issues with Tiktok

My tiktok app hasn't worked since monday night, all it does is a continuous loading symbol. I don't get notifications for it anymore, I can't even view my own videos. I contacted customer service but they have been completely unresponsive. So in the meantime I have been using tiktok lite, which I'm not very fond of but it works at least. However, I just opened tiktok lite see that it says it is no longer available in my region. I live in the United States, specifically in florida. I had to option to press "download tiktok", and when I do so it says it also isn't available now. What is going on?
