Yeah it’s how they bypass TikTok’s broken ass filter. Unfortunately TikTok won’t do shit about it like they never do for racist and homophobic comments because I don’t think any human are actually reviewing these reports.
I've seen these kinds of comments. The last one was on a video made by a creator called Corey's World (Welsh couple having a baby) the comment there was horrific.
I don't know if it's the same person just picking videos randomly or the symbol format is being used by a number of trolls

theyre a shield for cowardly little boys who think being as offensive as possible is peak comedy. tiktok's filters aren't sophisticated enough to pick up the actual text. I think yall could weaponize it against them
