TikTok views much higher than instagram?

So I have a channel where I share cute cartoon videos, I post the exact same things on my insta and my TikTok.

However, on insta the video gets 15 likes or so, but the same video on TikTok gets 2000+ likes and way more followers.

What’s the deal? Is the insta algorithm bad? Or should I approach it differently
