TIKTOK deleting legitimate comments is really annoying.

This is wild, yet the comments are deemed as being in line with community standards when I report them for being racist or homophobic, transphobic etc.

Well no shit it got removed. Look at how many trigger words that ai would pick up on.

I left TikTok in October because I was constantly getting flagged for innocuous and even friendly comments.

A mutual was sick and was talking about how she doesn’t feel well in her video, so I told her in the comments “get better soon ☺️.” That comment was flagged as bullying and appeal was denied. Another comment to a personal close friend of mine (we have each other’s phone number and talk almost daily to this day), he asked why he’s a certain way as a joke, and I told him “it must be the autism.” Mind you, he is autistic and so am I, and he liked the comment before it got removed. Couldn’t appeal that one either.

Meanwhile comments that are absolutely against the TOS don’t get removed, don’t get flagged, and there are no problems according to TikTok. I get strikes on friendly comments while people who actually post bullying and harassment get to keep their accounts. So I left. I didn’t even delete my account. I left my account sitting there unused. 💅

I've seen sexist and racist posts and comments stay up no matter how much they are reported but innocent peoples comments get deleted instead. Part of the reason I deleted the app.

If you think this is annoying, you should see what I got yesterday. I was literally just scrolling for like 5 hours watching Christmas / Halloween videos from Northeast America and that's all I was watching commenting on. Then, out of nowhere I got a random video of a guy doing a 'tribute' on an iPad..... I'm starting to think that these are intentional. Before someone insinuates that I would have to watch that kind of content, the kind of content I watch is literally cat videos, foreign exchange students, Christmas / Halloween vibes decorations, birbs, British people coming and moving to America and that's pretty much it.

Tiktok is very pro pedophilia
