Someone stole my shitpost, responded it to ig reels, can I take it down?

I recently make a quick shitpost on my titktok and it got about 200k views, then my friend showed me that someone had reuploaded the video to ig WITHOUT my permission got 300k views and tucked away 'cd- not_c1rcle' in the description. I don't have a problem with people reuploading my video but I do have one when they dont ask. Can I get insta to take the vid down?
