These are literally the same exact video one got restricted to 18+ and one didn’t

Why does TikTok do this shit I knew that they were gonna do some shit like this so I posted it twice originally they both got yellow marked for 18+ and then so I appealed both of them and only one of them got off. There was no they got flagged for tobacco. There was no tobacco in this shit at all. There was no smoking did not even mention of it, but for some reason, they always flag it that doesn’t deserve it and then they’ll be stuff where you blatantly have smoking in it or TOS stuff in it and they just leave it. They don’t care they don’t even flag it
