hacked (?) account

last night i received a text with a verification code that i did not request. i went to my tiktok account and everything seemed fine. this morning, i opened the app and it said my account does not exist and i can’t log in. my account still exists and will show up when other people look it up, but i am unable to log in to it. how do i fix this? i can’t find an email or anything to get in contact with tiktok to solve the issue.
