Does the schedule when uploading videos really matter?

That's my doubt. I ask this because I have often heard that it is very important to upload videos at certain times so that they have more reach. But I want to know your experiences: Have you really noticed a difference when uploading at a specific time or do you think it doesn't have that much influence?

I also have a question if it is a bad idea to upload videos in the early morning. Has anyone done it and has it worked?
