why does my video get good engagement but then it gets stuck in 100-150 view jail?

i remember reading a while ago that if you had a 1:10 like to view ratio (meaning that for every 10 people who view your video, 1 person likes it) then you had a good chance of going viral or at least getting a lot of views since the tiktok algorithm sees that your video is getting attention.

which brings me to my question: i posted a video today and it got 100 views instantly and 33 likes (which is way more than the 1:10 ratio) but then it gets stuck at that 100-150 view mark. is there a specific reason for this?

its a bit annoying since the majority of people that see my content like my content but its not being shown. have the standards for going viral changed?
