Should I make a 2nd TikTok for another niche?

I have 15k followers and 90% of my postings were about autism. 70% of my audience is female. I posted a gay hookup story and it got 50k views. I got 1k followers and made $100!! I only had one autism video make me $200 and I haven’t made much more than that.

Should I make another TikTok account for gay content? I’m so confused and tired lol. I don’t wanna grow another account to 10k followers and get monetized but I feel like I should so I can focus on my audience
