What’s going on here?

Is this supposed to be serious or engagement farming. I have no idea what to think. The videos are vague, seem to imply a vague threat in five days, another video kind of suggests a sports event. Either this guy is intentionally being an alarmist over nothing, or…I dunno. It’s weird.
