It looked a bit like a cable access show from the 90s. Heavy set dude in a track suit, I believe singing in French. He looks a bit like Ron Jeremy, A lady is dancing next to him and next to her are two men wearing towels, no shirts and pith helmets. Should have bookmarked it but forgot to in my laughing fit.
