bind phone number?

i made an account yesterday using my apple ID and was able to use it for about an hour.

then when i tried to go use rednote again a few hours later, i got logged out and prompted to bind my phone number. i tried to but a message saying it's being used by another user appeared, so i tried logging in using my number out of curiosity (and cause i highly doubt who had my number prior made a rednote account)... got a message saying the account is suspended.

i contacted customer service via email about this and have not received a response yet.

this morning i tried logging in using my apple ID again and binding my phone number... now it says that today's SMS limit has been exceeded.

can anyone help with figuring out how to get back access to account and fixing the phone number binding issue?

Wait a full 24 hours before trying your number again and see what happens. I created an account using my Apple ID and had the hardest time getting a phone number to bind to the account.

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
