How do I fix an age restriction?

I got flagged on my author account as a minor. I appealed and sent the requested government issued ID with photo etc 5 days ago and got this back (see image). I’m 39 not 16! How do I fix this? I can’t seem to appeal again and it’s not allowing me to DM or receive them and it’s trying to implement a limit on how long I’m on and how late.
