DMs reseted, how do i fix this??

I have had an account for AGES, where i sent tiktoks for memories and to watch what i watched and related to 2/3 years ago. But it all out of no where reseted?? maybe from the new update idk? but it all reseted and the only i have left are from february. I cant go on the actual account and see if maybe the dms are still there bc i lost the login to it but PLEASE tell me theres a way to recover my messages.
