"yo Dillon do the dance with the pants" guy

So there's this guy on TikTok kinda blowing up called Seadad he's most known for going up to Dillon Latham and saying "yo Dillon Latham do the dance with the pants" and every single time when Dillon says he doesn't have the pants he politely moves on, the only reason I decided to dig into his account was because he is insanely ripped like I don't want to use BP terms on this subreddit but he is "above average" and after skipping though the 4 other TikTok interactions of him and Dillon I had to scroll thought hundreds of videos of him doing a TikTok dance from the song "TELL EM IN BRAZIL" it's the same dance and same facial expression in each video but each video is in a difference place or with a different person but it's mostly him dancing solo but some of these places are in TikTok celebrity houses like the jack doherty house and even the bop house, on those videos the caption is either a hashtag of jack doherty or the bop house video where he is in the pool area and the video caption says "the bop house is mine now". I also noticed 9/10 the background is the bop house or supercars parked up, Dillon Latham said that Seadad video are not scripted and he has no idea about them. but thats all I really know about, my theory is that he is a industry plant
