Hacked TikTok account?

My 50 year old mom has had the same account on TikTok since it was musically and has recently been having this notification pop up and she’s almost unable to use the app at all. It’s doesn’t look like any TikTok notification I’ve been seen and it’s spelled wrong. Has anyone experienced this and also does anyone know how to fix it?

Press not interrested and she won’t have these again! Also make sure she has 2FA on so she doesn’t get hacked
