Is there a way to repurpose TikTok slides (Carousel style posts) to Instagram FOR FREE?

I have found a social media scheduler called Social Champ which is the lowest cost option to bulk create social media posts (with a CSV file) and then post to TikTok on an automated schedule. However, I am still not sure if I can repurpose my content so easily on the app and have a demo to discuss this with their team. In the MEANWHILE, does anyone know how to repurpose tiktok slide posts to instagram? I see some people using Make and so on but I want to know the most cost-effective option as I am based in Canada. Thanks!
