Age Verification not working?

So my account got age restricted a few weeks ago (I'm 20), and I submitted a request to verify. I did the whole verification with my ID and it was successful, but my account is still restricted feature-wise. I can't go live, nor can I access TikTok Shop.

I saw a few online posts saying "you need to add your age in the account settings," but that's also not a feature I have.

What do I do?
