"Please wait until comment loading completes" issue

At some point within the past couple days, a new glitch (as we know how many this app gets) has emerged for me. When I try to upload a comment, it won't let me and just says "please wait until comment loading completes" even though there's nothing to load. As well as this, just doing as it says does not change anything and I can't upload any comments because of it.
