No you cannot disable them. Also I am fairly confident that the FYP algorithm doesn't "help" push your content to more brain rot individuals depending on what's in your comment section. That is mostly based on the individual and their viewer retention and if they choose to interact with the comment section at all. The longer they stay to watch your video the more likely it will be to recommend like minded content.
If you don't want a brain rot audience, try and find content you can post that doesn't attract that sort of audience. You cannot choose who see's your shit online, but you can attempt to make content for a select audience and hope they like it.
