Battery suddenly draining like crazy at 8am, fell asleep at 4

How do I stop TikTok from doing anything in the background, why the fuck is it taking up more battery when my phone is off than when I’m using my phone? I also hate it when TikTok plays lives in the background after closing the app and I have to force close it to stop, any way to stop that as well?
