got this pop-up ad trying to add more hashtags to my edit Does anybody know if this is a glitch

Generally, we'd recommend not using too many hashtags if it's not necessary. Quality over quantity. However, your keywords on your video (in video and in description) also let your video be found via search, so hashtags aren't everything!
