I’ve been trying to delete my account

I've been trying to delete my TikTok account for so long and I've done this like two times both times waiting 30 days but when I try to login to see if it's fully deleted, it says I can reactivate it, am I doing something wrong or is there an extra step I need to take or is it because it takes longer than 30 days and they're not telling us?
