i can’t see my gf‘s comments

hi i have a problem, since two tiktoks i have uploaded i cant see my gfs comments anymore. even if i look at my tiktoks from my other profiles, it doesnt appear. but another friend who also lives in america like my gf(i live in germany) can see her comments on my tiktoks. i can see that my gf liked my post but her comments dont show up. i tried clearing the cache and restarting app and phone, but still nothing. her comments on older tiktoks are still there the problem is only with the new ones.

does anyone have the same problem or knows a solution?
