How on earth can I reach the US tiktok?

I am an effecr creator, so I mostly post about the effects (or filters) that I make. There is just zero way for me ro reach english soeaking countries or the US. All my views and followers are frol Africa and they're not really engaging or using the filters. The result is that at some point TikTok decides to limit my filters to a specific region and the US users can't see them... I don't want to use a VPN or US sim card or a new phone, isn't there a simple way for us to just target a certain market? Please if anyone has a solution I'd be grateful (screenshot of my profile because any advice is welcomed)
