Brought an account from russia and cant change region on TikTok app!
I also can’t apply for an artist page or access the creator hub. Is there a way around this? I’ve tried contacting TikTok and apparently they can’t do anything about it

It's against the T&C's to buy or sell an account and it's a bannable offence for ALL your accounts.
