Want a method of "transferring" content from my old account to a new one?

I had my original account from December 2019 and my second one I made in May 2023.

The original was my main usage one. I had a lot of likes, followers and even friends I know personally.

The one I created in May 2023 one was used for Reddit's API topics. Despite it being a big subject matter back then, none of my videos went anywhere, so I repurposed the account for me to comment anything.

Last year, I changed my legal name and I purged my social media; TikTok was the first to go. Originally, I was going to remove and block my friends, but I had gotten messaged on my other socials about why my TikTok was gone. That is when, with the second account, do a "transfer" of my following, likes, and saved videos.

It took some time because I had a lot saved and liked and trying to keep everything in chronological order was tedious. Also, you are restricted to following 50 people in a 24 hour period. After thoroughly checking everything "transfered", I deleted my then-five year old account.

So, yeah, there are probably other ways to do it, but if you want to follow what I did, feel free.
