Anybody remember the nonsense speak sound?

There used to be these videos where people would put "when youre so high you cant understand your friend" and the sound is a lady that sounds like shes in a commercial but her words dont make sense? Like theyre all out of order but its english.

I cant find these videos anywhere and it's driving me crazy since i told my gf about them!
