asian artist and his failed crowd surf

i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask at ALL. sorry in advance.

i went down a rabbit hole on tiktok and saw a video of some asian artist/influencer (???) who realized he was late to HIS OWN concert. it then shows a montage of him running to his concert, jumping on the crowd in hopes of surfing, and then falling to the floor, as the crowd dropped him.

who was that guy?? i've been looking for the video for ages now.
