Too many hashtags?

So i post on TikTok everyday and i always use the same hashtags and the same amount i make my video a few days before and save it to my drafts however when uploading today it said i was limited to 5 hashtags only this was really annoying and it’s never happened before it made me delete half my hashtags and i could only post 5. Is this normal and why did it only happen today?
