does anyone have the same problem w their tiktok account?

idk if this is a serious issue abt my acc but im confused why this appeared and wouldn't let me appeal even tho i try to. im not even a fan account to get this kind of mistake. does anyone have the same issue? and is there a way for me to fix this?
