Am I blocked?

So there’s this profile of someone I know, we don’t talk but once in a while they post something funny everyone talks about so I go check, on my main account I can see them, however just a while ago I was only my old account (I ditched it because my age on that account is wrong and still under 18), and I couldn’t find their account, but I still could on my main account, I asked someone and they said it might be bc my old account is still under 18, is that true? Or am I really blocked
