You can manage your account solely through the app. Just ignore the emails. At best it’s just an information email, at worst it’s scammers spoofing or trying to replicate the legitimate sender address and trying to gain access to your account and or personal info. Don’t click any links.

I got legitimate looking emails like this when I started my Etsy shop but they ended up being scam emails, that luckily I identified before giving them any information. I’m sure TikTok has this same issue. My email even categorized it with past official interactions, so you have to be very careful
