Favourites not working

Is anybody else having an issue where after you favourite a video, if you go to your account and check the favourites tab it stays empty? Also if you try to favourite a video and add it to a collection it gives you an error saying "something went wrong. Try again later." ?

I just made a secondary account and I'm having this issue. It works fine on my main, but not this new account. ):
