Anybody else having this problem? Age verification

I’m 20 years old and somehow got age restricted on my account and absolutely nothing is working, tried the credit card verification, did the id one about 5 times. Genuinely is there anyway to get pass this? I’ve had this account for years.

My wife had this problem once You have to send an image of your drivers license or passport to verify age I believe and that may be the issue.

Same exact issue and appeals don't work tried both ways as well and support never answers tickets
