How to petition TikTok to implement an algorithm that learns about the types of comments we don't want to see so we don't have to endure the overused spam comments?

I'm so done with the ever present spammy comment, be it religious preaching completely unrelated to the video or the "am I pretty" "pay attention to this frog" type of comments.

Every time I see one I report it as spam, but I think TikTok treat them as natural engagement.

Also the overused meme comment or reference turning the whole comment section into a wall of the same comment, burying other different, potentially interesting comments.
