I can't get back into my account

Recently my friend accidentally spilled his entire drink over my phone, breaking it completely. It's ok. My phone was unbelievably old anyways. Most of my passwords were saved to my google or written down, except for my tiktok. It's not attached to any of my usual emails for some reason so I can't reset the password. I don't have a phone number to it either. Tiktok hasn't answered my emails. Can anyone tell me how I can reverse search from my username to find out what I can do please? Thank you.
