This seems a bit controversial. I personally believe this is deserved. While screaming in stores is not the most heinous crime in the world, what takes it over the edge is that he refuses to leave the store when asked to and for his prank where he brings dozens of "fake employees" to the store he's asked to stop but again he doesn't listen. This is LITERALLY ILLEGAL and that's when it goes from a harmless prank to a crime.

Not leaving when asked to isn't illegal, the cops have to show up and actually trespass you, or they have to read you/give you a written a trespass notice. Simply telling someone to get out is not the same thing most companies have a paper they'll read you that informs you, you are trespassing. The trespass notice also has to be given by the property owner or an authorized representative, most employees usually aren't authorized representatives.
